Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a PAXI tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
Follow the steps below to track your parcel:

Enter your tracking number (usually starts with “2300…”)

Click “Track” to view the status and delivery progress of your parcel.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframe
Your order will arrive at your selected PEP store within 5–7 business days from dispatch. Once it arrives, you’ll be notified to collect.
